At the heart of Boqueria is our Executive Chef, David Melo Rubio, a culinary virtuoso whose talent has been forged in the most prestigious kitchens around the world. From New York to Barcelona, via Lisbon and London, each stage of his gastronomic journey is reflected in the exquisite flavors of his creations. With experience in Michelin-starred establishments such as Brooklyn Fare in New York, awarded 3 Michelin stars, Corton, holder of 2 Michelin stars, Mugaritz in Spain, awarded 2 Michelin stars, Esporao in Portugal, awarded with a Michelin star, and the Pied à Terre in London, boasting 2 Michelin stars, its culinary expertise is incomparable.
